Cares is a completely browser-based application for all users. It does not require special or proprietary client or server software. To minimise download time and to ensure compatibility with Netscape and Microsoft browsers, the Cares user interface (UI) uses industry-standard HTML. The Cares website is optimally viewed at 640x480 resolution.
